DANNII Minogue says she hopes her "tough" boss Simon Cowell won't axe her after this year's series of The X Factor.
The Aussie judge has pleaded with the music mogul not to sack her - saying the show is a big part of her world.
Speaking about Simon, who has claimed he'd barely spoken to Dannii this year, the 39-year-old said: "He's a tough boss to work for but in a good way."
And the new mum admitted that she didn't yet know whether her job was safe for another year.Talking about who would be back, Dannii said: "Nobody knows! We never know until the end of the year.
"I think that's good. It definitely keeps us on our toes.
"I would love to do this next year. I have always said that it's such a big part of my world." (Really its the only part of her life as she cant get any other work!)
Meanwhile, Dannii - who is intending to relaunch her own music career (OH CHRIST NO!!) - said she would like to follow in Cheryl Cole's footsteps by performing on the show.
She said: "If I had the guts to. I know how nerve-racking it is seeing Cheryl do it.
"I would be so nervous too, but it would be the best experience ever."
And Dannii defended Cheryl's recent performance on the show after the 27-year-old was slammed for miming.
She said: "I thought Cheryl's performance was one of the best I've ever seen on The X Factor.
"As long as you're entertaining and putting on a good show, that's the most important thing." (No the most important thing is singing seeing as shes supposed to be a "singer"!)
